This feature adds the ability for users to have a newsletter
Each post now has a window to susbcribe to a user's newsletter
After the user enters their email, they receive a confirmation email with an unique token.
After confirming, the user is now subscribed.
The counter on the dashboard of the subscribed-to user bumps up as soon as it's confirmed
After all this, the user can choose to send to their newsletter when creating/Editing a post:
